Mickey Gasper delivered the swing that turned the game inside out. In the sixth inning, with Boston trailing 5-2, Gasper homered to right center, scoring Wilyer Abreu and Willson Contreras ahead of him to tie the score at 5-5. He finished 1-for-3 with the three-run shot, his third of the season, and drove in a game-high three runs.
