Skubal said the Dodgers have “The opportunity to get another World Series” during the postseason, and he identified reaching October and competing for a World Series as the goal established every spring training: “That's every spring training. That's what you show up ready to do.”
He expressed confidence in the Dodgers' chances, stating, “I love our odds here.” Skubal also described the Dodgers' group as enjoyable, saying, “The group here is great,” and said celebrating the championship with teammates was special.
Skubal emphasized that the central objective is to “go out and compete in October and have a chance to win a World Series.”
